London's first ever Queer Nowruz festival is coming to Matchstick Piehouse on 24th March!

Haft-7 Sins Is the first ever queer festival that brings together the Iranian & other middle eastern communities; with the current tragedies happening in Iran there’s the need for marginalised groups to reconnect more than ever. Haft Sins intend to create a safe space for POC and LGBTQ+ people from all backgrounds to come together and explore the ancient tradition of Nowruz, the Persian new year through performance art, crafts, film screenings and music.

We are thrilled to have an all-queer lineup of artists from SWANA. Expect a night of spectacular talent with poetry, sound art, erotic performance art, drag performance & DJs. There will also be stalls with tattoo, craft, art, palm reading & vegan Iranian food.

We're excited to have United4Mahsa activist group to raise awareness and fundraise for their exceptional campaign for Mahsa Jina Amini revolution!

PLEASE NOTE Haft Sins is a club night for the queer, trans and non-binary POC, SWANA community. Please do not assume anyone's sexuality or gender, and please be mindful of the space that you take up if you are not a member of this community.
